My extensive technical experience has led me to advance, including roles as a Process Analyst, Project Manager (managing teams of 5), and Account Manager for various clients, including Kering, Gucci, and Ales (Italian Ministry of Culture).

I integrate Artificial Intelligence into my workflow to accelerate innovation and improve the accuracy of the final result.

My goal is to transform complex problems into valuable, usable, and intuitive products.
From user research and wireframing, to prototyping, to code development, I oversee and manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring high quality standards (WCAG) and a user-centric approach.

Customer relations, support, and loyalty are integral to my skills.

I have gained experience in customer support, including as a 1st and 2nd level helpdesk.
